What we ship and what we learn building Zorky.
Open IT-market analytics: salaries, stacks, role demand
We opened public analytics pages — what's in demand, by which technologies and at what salaries, built from the data we've been collecting since April.
From day one we've been collecting market data on IT vacancies and candidates across the CIS and Eastern Europe. We need this data for sharper matching — but it's useful to the market too, so we opened part of it.
Pages on salaries by grade, technology demand, role demand and market trends are now public. These aren't marketing estimates — they're aggregates from a real vacancy stream.
Next we'll deepen the breakdowns by country and industry. If a slice you need is missing, tell us and we'll add it.
Candidates from open communities and automated screening
We expanded candidate sourcing to several open developer communities and turned on automated first-pass screening.
Strong engineers rarely live on a single platform. We added profile collection from several open developer communities — publicly, with consent, no grey tactics.
In parallel we turned on automated first-pass screening: the system matches a candidate against active vacancies and surfaces the relevant ones, so a human spends time on the final call, not on triaging the inbound stream.
The goal is simple — less manual routine, more time to actually talk to real people.
Founder essay: a reasoning-first architecture
Why we build the CRM around transparent decisions, not a black box. The long version is in the essay.
We published an essay on how and why Zorky is built: every decision the system makes should be explainable, not handed down as a verdict without a reason.
The full text is on the founder essay page, linked in the site footer.
A candidate apply page — free for you
You can now apply directly. It's free for the candidate — the employer pays.
We opened a public apply page. A candidate uploads a CV or leaves contacts, and we match them to suitable vacancies ourselves.
It's free for the candidate: we earn on the employer side, not by taking a cut of a person's salary.
You can apply via the Apply page in the site menu.
We've started: why Zorky collects IT-market data
On April 13, 2026 we started collecting data on IT vacancies and candidates. Here's why.
IT recruitment across the CIS and Eastern Europe is slow and opaque: vacancies are scattered across dozens of channels and boards, and candidates across communities that don't talk to each other.
On April 13, 2026 we started collecting data: vacancies from open sources and candidate profiles from public communities. From this we build a live map of the market — who's looking for whom, on which stack and at what pay.
This is the first post of our blog. From here we'll share what we ship and what we learn along the way.
