We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team working on several large-scale insurance projects in Germany. You will become part of a dynamic team working on a key product migration project , while also contributing to the development of new solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center 10 or higher and a strong background in system migrations. We are open also for engineers with less experience. Your ideal background and skillset: Professional experience as a Guidewire Developer working with Guidewire Policy Center (version 10 or higher) – MUST HAVE Experience with product migration projects, preferably within the insurance industry Strong knowledge of Gosu , with the ability to write, debug, and optimize code Familiarity with APD in Guidewire will be a significant advantage Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Working proficiency in English Nice to have, but not required: Experience with cloud technologies or relevant certifications Knowledge of German – English remains the main language used in the project What you can expect from us: A supportive environment and everything you need to succeed in your role 30 paid days off per year Flexible benefits budget that you can use for personal or professional development Comprehensive private healthcare for you and your family, including rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and dental care Home office allowance to supp
