About the Role An experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer is sought to join a growing team. The position focuses on evolving the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Business Continuity modules. This hands-on technical role is suited for individuals who demonstrate ownership, work independently, and are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions. Your Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Design and implement custom scripts and technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices. Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and observability solutions. Configure and enhance the ServiceNow GRC and Business Continuity modules. Integrate and connect these modules with the CMDB . Ensure data reconciliation, consistency, and quality across the CMDB. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in the continuous improvement and expansion of the ServiceNow platform. Take full ownership of projects from analysis through implementation and delivery. Your Profile Required Experience Available immediately. Minimum 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow. Strong experience in both ServiceNow development and platform configuration . Proven expertise with CMDB implementation, integration, and data reconciliation. Hands-on experience with custom scripting in ServiceNow.
