Strong skills in Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB, and ITSM workflows. Experience with REST APIs and integrations. Expertise in L3 incident resolution and debugging.

Capability to deliver backlog enhancements and project developments. Proficient in English communication and technical documentation. Nice to Have Experience with BMC Helix SaaS and related tools.
