About the role Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries and provide on-site technical support. Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and uptime using tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Troubleshoot and resolve system/network failures and cybersecurity events. Key responsibilities Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries and provide on-site technical support Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and uptime using tools like Grafana and Prometheus Troubleshoot and resolve system/network failures and cybersecurity events Manage Windows/Linux servers, VMs, Docker/Kubernetes container platforms, and network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load-Balancers) Execute disaster recovery/business continuity procedures and apply OS/software patches About you Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Over 1 year relevant experience Solid hands-on experience in Windows and Linux administration, system configuration, shell scripting, and patch management Good working knowledge of networking Fluent in both Cantonese and English Knowledge of Docker, containers, and Exchange servers (preferred)
