Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to Group Technology

We are looking for a Pega Lead System Architect to join our Corporate Loans team. In this role, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Pega-based solutions supporting loan origination, loan servicing, and the corporate lending lifecycle. In the team we designs and delivers large-scale Pega solutions in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Architects, and experienced Pega engineers. With us you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team with real architectural ownership in large‑scale corporate banking transformation, within a culture that values performance, learning, and continuous growth. You will work alongside our Pega Architects and collaborate with a wider architecture community across Nordea, giving you strong visibility and influence beyond a single application.
