We are seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to join our growing team. This hands-on, execution-focused role combines technical solution delivery with deep customer engagement and systems analysis.  Working closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and Customer Success, you will translate business requirements into effective digital adoption experiences, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure the ongoing success of our enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities - Implementation & Build: Build, configure, and implement digital adoption solutions embedded within complex web applications according to defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards. - System & Process Analysis: Analyze and research customer use cases, user workflows, and application processes in web systems to design scalable technical solutions. - Technical Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Monitor production logs in backoffice systems to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact end-users. Serve as an internal point of escalation for Support and Technical teams to drive root-cause resolutions. - Solution Architecture & Execution: Participate in solution design discussions, owning assigned build components end-to-end—including DOM manipulation, custom scripting, configuration, testing, and iterating based on feedback. - Quality Assurance & Performance: Execute thorough quality assurance testing to ensure implementations sc
