It is a condition of every deal we close. We are hiring a Director of Security Engineering to own application and cloud security across the company and to build the security engineering practice for autonomous AI agents. As Uniphore moves from conversational AI to agents that carry out multi-step business processes on a customer’s behalf, the security problem shifts from protecting data at rest to protecting what an agent is allowed to decide, invoke, and act on. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead a distributed engineering team, work daily with product engineering, and be the person the Head of Information Security and the executive team rely on to say whether a given architecture is defensible.
