About the role We are looking for an autonomous Data Scientist based in Mexico to own the intersection of sophisticated predictive decision-making and world-class engineering for our North American operations. In this role, you won't just run standard scripts; you will be the custodian of our product's localized evolution, ensuring our AI-driven decision engines are mathematically sound, highly optimized, and engineering-resilient. You will be working remotely from Mexico, supporting our growing team and clients across the US. Working closely with our core engineering team in Berlin, you will translate complex, real-world retail challenges into scalable, high-performance software solutions directly impacting our US clients on the ground. As our dedicated data science resource for the US region, you are the engine of 7Learnings’ regional presence. Our product relies on the perfect harmony between complex algorithms and stable software; you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical execution remains flawless, technical debt remains low, and model accuracy remains exceptionally high.
