We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions and security services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We’re seeking a Senior Systems Administrator who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also take the lead on complex projects and guide clients through evolving security frameworks such as CMMC and NIST . Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize client infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365), and security solutions. Lead and execute IT projects end-to-end (migrations, deployments, upgrades, cloud transitions). Implement and enforce security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, and other compliance standards across client environments. Troubleshoot escalated technical issues (L3) and mentor junior engineers. Develop and maintain documentation for client systems, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities, outages, or compliance gaps. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in an MSP environment (preferred).
