AI Engineer – Tech Modernisation Framework (Python / Platform Automation) Location : Gdynia - 3 days at the office Role Summary We are looking for an engineer to join the team building a Tech Modernisation Framework: an AI-driven solution that analyses legacy code repositories and rewrites them onto modern, platform-approved technology stacks. You will design and improve the agent workflows, prompts and tooling behind these migrations, and connect them to the CI/CD and deployment platform (Tekton, ArgoCD, Ansible). The role combines software engineering, platform automation and applied AI. You will work hands-on with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and the Maister project, using Anthropic and other LLM providers. The framework is deliberately vendor-agnostic, so we value an understanding of the underlying concepts over experience with a single product. You will work closely with application teams to turn real migration cases into repeatable, reliable automation.
