About the Role We are looking for a talented, experienced Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join Zeal and build high-quality, scalable, high-performing mobile applications. In this role, you will own the mobile development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and release, while upholding engineering excellence and product quality. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and continuously improve our mobile platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native and Expo . Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and release. Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including automated testing for functional, regression, and performance coverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve product stability. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment. Define and track engineering and quality metrics to continuously improve delivery standards. Conduct risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality. Mentor
