About the role The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the critical bridge between IIX’s platform product owners and the technology team. This role ensures that business requirements are clearly translated into actionable technical specifications, enabling the dev team to build and maintain the IIX Values and IIX Intelligence platforms with precision and alignment to strategic goals. The BSA works closely with the Technology Manager to manage the requirements pipeline, reduce ambiguity, and keep platform development on track — making this a high-impact role for both product delivery and organizational effectiveness.
