Matrix designs, manufactures, and sells innovative technological products that help keep people safe. Originally focused on the underground coal mining industry, Matrix has expanded into new industrial markets in the United States and globally. We are currently seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist. The role is responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting technology solutions for customers or internal stakeholders. This position works closely with project managers, engineers, and end users to ensure systems are installed correctly, meet business requirements, and are delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Director of Industrial Field Operations. Duties and Responsibilities Configure, install, and implement software and hardware solutions. Gather and document customer or business requirements. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and deployment strategies. Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide timely resolution. Train end users and administrators on system functionality and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and implementation
