We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Footwear Designer to join our design team. RESPONSIBILITIES Research emerging fashion, culture, and design trends Translate trends and ideas into fresh, commercially viable footwear concepts Collaborate closely with our development and materials team (based in Asia) to bring your designs to life Participate in fittings and prototype reviews to refine product details Manage your design projects from initial sketch to final product delivery Maintain awareness of the market demands and consumer expectations to ensure relevance and originality REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field Experience in footwear design and product development Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Confident in sketching (digital or by hand) and developing compelling visual presentations Experience across multiple footwear categories (heels, boots, sneakers, etc.) is a plus Con
