🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing IT | Gothenburg, Sweden Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for a service-oriented IT Support Specialist for a consulting assignment with a leading organization in the automotive and manufacturing industry in Gothenburg. Do you enjoy providing hands-on IT support and ensuring that IT equipment and systems operate reliably in a production environment? This opportunity could be a great fit for you! 🔧 About the Role You will provide on-site IT support in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting, workplace device management, basic network support, and collaboration with central IT teams to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth production operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support and resolve incidents affecting production and workplace IT. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, industrial PCs, and peripheral devices. Support Windows-based systems, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues. Manage incidents and service requests using an IT ticketing system. Collaborate with end users, central IT teams, and external vendors. Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvements in IT support processes. ✅ Required Skills & Experience Experience in IT support, desktop support, or IT operations. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Experience with Active Directory and/or Mic
