Director: Forensic Technology/Data Analytics/FinCrime/Regulatory Compliance Dublin (Ireland)/hybrid – open to people wanting to relocate from UK or EU Profile: You will have extensive experience of leading teams on high profile engagements likely from a Consultancy/advisory background (Big4 or similar). An ambitious and experienced leader with a proven track record in forensic data analytics (with significant FinCrime, AML, Fraud, Investigations, and Compliance), a passion for technology, and a strong commercial mindset as our team is growing. Experience: * Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in forensic data analytics, risk analytics, or a closely related field and with experience at a commercial/leadership level. * Extensive experience in a leadership role within a major consultancy (Big4 or similar is the most likely background), other backgrounds at a similar level able demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing a team so you can transition into an advisory role. * The ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects and navigate high-pressure and often sensitive client situations with confidence and integrity. * Significant experience in FinCrime; AML, Sanctions; fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage. Technical: * A strategic understanding of advanced data analytics techniques; while not always hands-on, you must be able to direct and liaise with technical teams. * Expert-level knowledge of SQL (SQL (T-SQL
