About the role We are looking for a Systems Specialist to support and test our Radio Online (ROL) application. The role involves application support, integration and system testing, JavaScript scripting, and working in an Agile team. You will troubleshoot user issues, manage defects in Jira, maintain ROL system rules, and work with the team to improve the application. Key Responsibilities User Support: Provide timely technical support and facilitate application training sessions for users. Testing & QA: Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments. Agile Collaboration: Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application and manage defects via Jira . Continuous Growth: Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices.
