Role We are looking for a talented iOS Engineer to join our Monetization team, where you will focus on building and optimizing revenue-generating features while maintaining the authentic experience that makes BeReal special. You will be responsible for: Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable iOS monetization features (ads formats, sponsored content, premium features) in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, data analysts, backend engineers, adOps team) to build innovative monetization solutions that respect user experience. Building the bridge between advertisers/partners and our users, ensuring monetization feels native and non-intrusive. Optimizing performance and stability of monetization features to ensure seamless integration with the core BeReal experience. Analyzing user behavior, A/B tests results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies. Ensuring a high-quality, authentic user experience through thoughtful technical solutions.
