Analytics Engineer Company: Bcbgroup Candidates must be able to commute to the London office 1-2 days per week. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards - Translate loosely defined requests from business teams into clear deliverables - Investigate data issues to root cause and fix them at the source - Write tests and documentation so others can trust your numbers - Update and deliver regulatory reports Requirements: - Hands-on experience with Omni - 2+ years in an analytics/data role within a Modern Data Stack - Hands-on SQL, dbt, and git - Meticulous with numbers - Comfortable using AI to streamline work - Able to explain technical data problems to non-technical colleagues - Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a small team Nice to have: - Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Maths, Computer Science) - Python or other programming languages - n8n or other low-code automation - Payments, banking, fintech or crypto domain knowledge - Experience with regulatory or financial reporting - Basic statistics Stack: BigQuery (GCP), dbt, Omni, n8n, git Benefits: - Salary range: a340,000 - a350,000pa - 30 days holiday, plus 4 wellbeing days and 1 volunteering day, and flexible bank holiday options - Salary sacrifice pension scheme - AXA health insurance - Income protection - Life assurance - Enhanced parental support and leave - Salary sacrifice nursery scheme, and cycle to work scheme - Medical Insurance 📩 Apply
