Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high-potential talents and professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Responsibilities Lead the architectural design, system analysis, and technical road mapping for scalable modern Web, Mobile App (iOS/Android), and API-driven digital platforms. Drive legacy modernization and service integration, ensuring system resilience, performance, and security compliance. Champion the adoption of Generative AI technologies, AI coding assistants, and automated workflow solutions to elevate engineering productivity and business capabilities. Maintain a broad, proactive mindset toward emerging industry technologies; evaluate, POC, and introduce modern developer tools and DevOps practices. Formulate technical specifications, API contracts, system architecture documents, and data models for development teams. Oversee sprint planning, technical risk management, vendor solutions, and ensure software deliverables align with project timeline and enterprise quality standards. Mentor and provide technical guidance to Analyst Programmers and Programmers, establishing coding standards and review mechanisms. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
