The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming high-value business challenges into secure, scalable, and commercially impactful AI products, taking them from initial discovery and prioritisation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI, Product Management, Technology, and Business.

You will define the organisation-wide AI vision and build a focused product portfolio that moves AI beyond isolated experiments into repeatable, reliable, and measurable business outcomes. The portfolio may span Generative AI, Predictive Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered customer experiences across areas such as fraud detection, risk management, customer support, personalised payment experiences, and operational efficiency.

Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business and technology leadership.
