Sr Staff Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Sr Staff Technical Program Manager ( TPM) to support complex robotics development programs within Prototype Operations. This role operates at the center of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, quality, and repair to drive execution across a fast-paced, high-mix hardware development environment. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll be responsible for driving prototype and low-volume production builds from planning through integration, working side-by-side with build technicians, engineers, and leadership to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain build velocity.

You will serve as the connective tissue between technical execution and program-level deliverables, making real-time decisions and escalating when needed to keep the team moving.
