What are you working on? Genres: Puzzle, Word Games, Casual Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Launch and scale incentivized traffic as part of the overall UA strategy Work with offerwall and rewarded networks: Mistplay, Adjoe, Exmox, Tapjoy, and similar platforms Select and optimize payout models (CPI / CPA / CPE), event-based goals, and partnership terms Analyze traffic quality: event completion speed, post-install behavior, retention, and fraud Track cohort profitability and analyze the full funnel from install to revenue Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams to improve incentivized user conversion through milestone structure, early-game progression, and reward pacing What kind of professional are we looking for?

2+ years in mobile UA, including at least 1 year in incentivized traffic / offerwall Strong understanding of the reward
