OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Senior Systems Analyst (Student Information Systems) ( 26270178 ) The Office of Information Technology is seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Information Technology Manager (Student Information Systems), the appointee will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and support of the Student Information Systems, as well as other initiatives and projects that emerge from the University's digital transformation journey.

Develop, enhance, and provide support to existing systems and applications (Java/Web/Client Server); Participate in all stages of the system development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design, system development, testing, implementation; Prepare comprehensive system specifications and maintain accurate documentation; Create testing plans and ensure deliverables are of high quality and adhere to guidelines; Provide technical expertise and support to end-users; Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and system implementers; Assist in the evaluation and selection of new technologies, software, and hardware to meet evolving business needs; Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions; and Perform other IT projects and assignments as assigned.
