Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics Expert - remote from EU

This is an experienced architect-level position. The appointed resource will be expected to serve as the Power Platform administrator, administering and supporting approximately 100 Power Platform environments. A significant part of the role will involve establishing guidelines and providing direction to approximately 150 developers across multiple teams and throughout the organization.

At least 2 years of demonstrable experience is required for each of the following mandatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform architect, administrator or DevOps lead in an enterprise environment.

Demonstratable experience of leading multiple teams. Deep practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation, variable groups, service connections, and release management.

Strong experience with Git-based ALM for Power Platform, including solution unpacking/packing and automated versioning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward governance and automation. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams.
