Manager I, Analytics Engineering

This role will primarily support analytics functions that ensure millions of Americans have a positive experience as they interact with high-profile US Government digital services. Our team consists of analysts, developers, engineers, managers, designers, and several key client stakeholders. The successful candidate in this role will help streamline customer journey reporting by configuring repeatable data workflows and data transfer.

This role will also ensure that critical front- and back-end features are measurable. The baseline tech stack for this role includes: log monitoring tools like Splunk or CloudWatch; data warehouse and storage software (strong preference for Databricks); data processing in AWS or Azure cloud environments; and familiarity with common API inputs/outputs.
