Senior Product Designer

Ondo Finance builds institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services, with both a technology arm for DeFi infrastructure and an asset management arm for tokenized funds. The team are leaders in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and is backed by top investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.

Candidates must be located in the United States.

• Own two design systems end-to-end (institutional and consumer): components, tokens, theming, patterns, and Figma libraries across web and mobile.
• Define the expressive layer: visual language, motion principles, and interaction details for polished, accessible experiences.
• Design and ship system primitives through page templates with rigorous typography, layout, and interaction details for financial interfaces.
• Partner closely with UI engineers to keep tokens and components in parity between Figma and production libraries.
• Ensure components meet WCAG 2.2 AA and bake accessibility into components; document accessibility criteria.
• Write documentation, run governance (contribution/review/versioning), audit for drift, and drive system improvements.
• Use AI tooling and integrate systems into design/engineering workflows (agents, guideline files, MCP integrations).

• 6+ years in product design, including 3+ years focused on design systems.
• Experience building and sca
