We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity Systems) to support the deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity hardware and software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and deploying cybersecurity systems across different hardware platforms and environments. This role requires a strong combination of hardware troubleshooting, operating system administration, software deployment, cybersecurity system hardening, networking, patch management, and technical support skills. The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, project, and customer IT teams to ensure systems are properly installed, configured, tested, secured, maintained, and supported throughout their operational lifecycle. Key Responsibilities SystemDeployment and Installation · Prepare, install, configure, test, and deploy cybersecurity hardware and software solutions. · Support deployments across different hardware platforms. · Perform pre-deployment hardware and software checks to ensure systems meet technical and project requirements. · Install and configure approved operating systems, cybersecurity software, supporting applications, drivers, and system components. · Configure network interfaces, management interfaces, storage, and other required system components. · Perform system commissioning, verification, and handover activities. · Support deployment activities at customer sit
