We are looking for an experienced OpenShift / Kubernetes Administrator who will join a long-term project focused on building and maintaining modern cloud-native platforms and database solutions. Hybrid work based in Warsaw is preferred. Scope of responsibilities: Administration and maintenance of OpenShift and Kubernetes environments. Installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of OpenShift clusters. Management of PostgreSQL databases running on Kubernetes (CNPG / EDB Postgres). Configuration and maintenance of high-availability solutions, including failover, switchover, and replication. Backup and recovery management using Barman, S3, and WAL archiving. Implementation and maintenance of GitOps practices with Argo CD. Creation and support of CI/CD pipelines within GitLab and OpenShift. Monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of platform services. Implementation of security best practices across containerized environments. Required skills and qualifications: Hands-on experience administering OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms. Strong understanding of containerized environments, networking, storage, and RBAC.
