Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program

Proven experience with T24 / Transact Fluent English communication skills Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large banking organizations Professional knowledge of banking products Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
