Senior Business Analyst / Junior Business Architect

Model of working : hybrid, 2 days per week from Cracow, the rest remotely Industry: Payments / Cards / Banking Contract: B2B, long-term 12+ months We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect to join a large-scale transformation programme within the financial services sector.

will support the definition and implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) , with a strong focus on Cards and Payments . This is not a traditional IT Business Analyst position focused on system requirements. We are looking for someone who can work across business, product, operations, risk, compliance and technology.

Your responsibilities You will support the transformation from the current operating model towards a future-state business model by: Analysing the existing operating model across products, markets and regions. Identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation and optimisation. Developing detailed business capability maps and identifying capability gaps and future requirements.

Planning and facilitating AS-IS workshops with business stakeholders. Mapping existing processes, customer journeys, dependencies and pain points. Designing future-state / TO-BE processes and customer journeys .

Supporting the definition and development of the Target Operating Model. Translating the target state into realistic, phased transformation roadmaps. Defining milestones, dependencies and transition stages.

Supporting process architecture and process
