Tech stack: Kubernetes (OpenShift) ArgoCD (GitOps) Bitbucket Bamboo Oracle Database Prometheus Grafana Elastic Stack Logstash HashiCorp Vault Linux Bash / Python Git Requirements 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering role. Hands-on experience with OpenShift or another enterprise Kubernetes platform. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps practices. Practical experience with Git-based workflows and source code management. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash. Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices. Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar). Understanding of networking, security principles, and application deployment processes. Experience working with production environments and business-critical systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Willingness to work shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM). Availability to participate in a paid Saturday on-call rotation approximately once every 1–1.5 months. Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow. Nice to have Experience with enterprise-scale platforms serving a large number of users. Knowledge of Oracle Database administration or performance tuning.
