Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Data Solution Analyst (Banking) Responsibilities Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders Analyze business needs to understand underlying objectives and purpose Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and translate requirements into implementation specifications Communicate requirements and objectives effectively across diverse stakeholder groups Perform data mapping, data modeling, and solution design Contribute to application architecture, maintainability, and solution design Design near real-time data pipelines Analyze data to identify issues, assess implications, and recommend solutions Collaborate with developers and test engineers throughout delivery processes Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different business areas Own requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements Access and analyze complex distributed datasets using statistical methods Promote analytical best practices, challenge existing approaches, and influence colleagues toward improved ways of working Requirements Proven experience in des
