Salary: 900-1050 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? The program aims to modernize the banking landscape by replacing multiple legacy local systems with a single Nordic core banking platform. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into well-defined features and user stories, and ensuring a seamless handover to development teams. You will independently drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation through documentation, refinement, and delivery. Responsibilities you'll have Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate requirements into features , epics , and user stories Drive requirements through the full lifecycle , from discovery to handover to development teams Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects
