Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Snowflake Analyst Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into clear and structured IT solution requirements Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders Extract, analyse, visualise and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design Prepare data mappings and analyse relationships between different data sources and systems Perform gap analysis between existing ("as-is") and target ("to-be") solutions Analyse and contribute to IT solution design together with architects and technical teams Document data flows, solution requirements and target-state solutions Define clear acceptance criteria for requirements Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different parts of the organisation Participate actively in team ceremonies and contribute to resolving issues within the team Support continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development of team practices Requirements Around 5 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analys
