Our consumer intelligence platform transforms billions of data points into strategic insights for global brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer. We are hiring a Senior Scientist (NLP & GenAI - Consumer Insights, Brand Equity & Trends) to join our team. The Role You'll join our Data Science team as the person who connects our models to how consumer insights really work: the taxonomies, classifiers and measures that power our products. You know how a category is structured, what drives brand equity and how a trend becomes a market. You'll work alongside data scientists who go deeper on NLP and GenAI engineering, and you'll make sure what we build means something to an insights director or a brand manager. You'll work closely with Product, Data Engineering and Client Success. Our team is spread across the US, Europe and India, so you'll need regular working-hours overlap across those time zones. What You'll Work With Core Stack: Python, SQL, PySpark Platform: Azure and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) GenAI: OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic models; open-weight models such as Gemma 4; Hugging Face transformers; embeddings; LangChain and other agent frameworks AI/ML: Sentiment analysis, emotion detection, LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering Collaboration: Work closely with senior data scientists, data engineers, and AI engineers What you'll do Design and maintain category taxonomies (benefits, ingredients, formats, need states) across categories, markets and new indust
