As Senior E/E Engineer EMC and Compliance, you will own electromagnetic compatibility across our UGV platforms, starting with our Mandrill UGV: from the grounding and shielding concept on the drawing board to the certificate that puts our vehicles on public roads and into military service. Your goal is one robust E/E design baseline that passes civil homologation (UN ECE R10) and military qualification (MIL-STD-461, AECTP 500) without costly redesign loops. This is a senior engineer role with real ownership and room to grow. You build our EMC capability from the ground up, set the strategy, decide early in the design, and lead campaigns through to certification. You will work at the intersection of high power electronics, vehicle E/E, radios and mission payloads, autonomy compute, suppliers, test houses and authorities.
