Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS) Role overview To strengthen our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), we are looking for a Senior Test Practitioner with strong experience in enterprise testing and quality engineering. This role plays a key part in shaping and driving testing strategy, governance, and capability development across IT divisions, programmes, and delivery teams. You will act as a senior expert and trusted advisor, promoting modern, risk-based and value-driven testing practices aligned with Agile, DevOps, and regulatory expectations. Beyond strategy, you will actively support transformation by coaching teams, influencing stakeholders, and embedding sustainable improvements across the organisation. Key responsibilities 1. Testing strategy & governance Drive consistency and quality across testing practices while ensuring flexibility for different delivery contexts Review, challenge, and refine test strategies at programme, product, and EPIC level to ensure they are risk-based, proportionate, and auditable Define and maintain enterprise testing standards, KPIs, and governance principles Contribute to the evolution of the testing operating model (roles, decision forums, accountability, escalation paths) Assess testing maturity, identify gaps, and define pragmatic improvement actions 2.
