Join the Sii ServiceNow Competency Center and become part of a team delivering solutions for clients across Europe and the United States. We focus on enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding ServiceNow usage within organizations. In this role, you will contribute to designing and evolving scalable solutions across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. If you enjoy working on diverse projects and shaping modern IT service management environments, this opportunity is for you. Your tasks Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products Proven hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools
