Please note that to qualify for this role, you must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who brings together three key areas: people leadership, delivery and engineering processes, and contribution to the wider IT organization and knows how to turn them into real impact. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll report to one of the IT Directors and act as part of IT leadership within the development teams. Working with up to three teams and 18 direct reports you’ll lead and grow people, shape the way teams work, and drive continuous improvements in development processes. Beyond your team, you’ll work closely with other Engineering Managers and Product Managers, contributing to initiatives that move IT forward. We’re looking for someone who thrives on change , brings energy, curiosity and proactivity to their work and knows how to inspire others to do the same. Active coding isn’t part of the role, but you’ll need enough technical depth to understand, challenge and evaluate technical decisions, support your engineers and ensure they deliver high-quality code.
