How you will get the job done developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects with focus on (Gen)AI designing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions (in particular deep learning), taking into account the latest developments in GenAI contributing to the development and productive deployment of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions, including model training, fine‑tuning and prompt engineering, as well as continuous monitoring and optimization of the methods and technologies used working closely with IT and business units in agile, cross-functional teams to implement machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions helping to build and maintaining a company-wide network to foster a strong AI community having work experience in insurance industry Skills and experience you will need fluent spoken and written English university degree in Natural Sciences (Applied) Mathematics, Stati
