Our IT Operations Competence Center brings together over 700 specialists delivering IT services for more than 400,000 users across 3,200 locations worldwide. We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a strategic project, where you will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-based production environments. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high service availability and operational excellence in a modern cloud ecosystem. Your tasks Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous availability of production environments and business-critical services. Support the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering practices, including observability, incident management, and service reliability metrics Deploy, maintain, and optimize containerized solutions running on Kubernetes-based platforms Enhance and support CI/CD processes to improve software delivery efficiency and reliability Drive automation initiatives by developing scripts and tools that reduce manual operational effort Work closely with engineering, testing, and operations teams to identify improvements and resolve technical challenges Participate in operational support activities, including incident troubleshooting and on-call duties Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and post-incident analysis Requirements At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, o
