🔥 We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer 🔥 Do you love programming, solving real problems, and experimenting with new technologies? At MindPal , we’re building intelligent systems that power products across energy, education, and HR-tech — all from our office in Gliwice . We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience , who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn , open to challenges , and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales. 🟪 Scope of cooperation: Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features. Work with databases ( Supabase , PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker . Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow. Participate in code reviews , knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects. 🟪 What We Value: 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development. Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git). Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails , TypeScript , or AI integrations . A love for side projects, hackathons , or student club initiatives . Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.
