About our Team: "Group AI Services" is a central team driving the adoption of AI, GenAI and Agentic AI across Helvetia Baloise Group. We turn ideas into scalable, secure AI solutions used in real business processes. We work with teams across the Group to co‑create AI solutions, deliver key initiatives and provide tools and best practices. We are now hiring for two AI product teams in insurance: Claims AI Team – AI for claims handling Underwriting AI Team – AI for risk assessment and underwriting You will help shape and deliver AI use cases in one of these areas, turning ideas into practical solutions used every day. Key Responsibilities Shape AI use cases from idea into clear scope, requirements and priorities Translate business needs into structured user stories and backlog items Collaborate with business, technology and governance teams to deliver solutions end-to-end Ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable and embedded in underwriting processes Identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows and create measurable value Support testing, user feedback and continuous improvement Contribute to best practices and reusable approaches to strengthen AI delivery across the Group Your Skills: Several years of experience delivering AI, GenAI, automation or data-driven solutions in business environments Strong understanding of how AI can be applied in practice, including value, feasibility and risks Ability to analyze business processes, user workflows and operational needs
