IT Support Specialist in Siili is someone who: provides day-to-day support for company IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and network devices, troubleshoots hardware and software issues to ensure smooth business operations, manages IT asset inventory and lifecycle records, coordinates hardware repairs and vendor service requests, performs regular office IT checks and maintenance, installs, configures, and updates operating systems and applications, manages office access cards, including issuing, updating, and deactivating access, occasionally travels to company offices to provide on-site support.
