Your work on 4human HRM V8 is what makes that possible: a platform that stays stable and fast as the customer base grows, connects cleanly to the group's products, and brings AI assistance into everyday HR work. Your future duties Design, develop and maintain new features and improvements across our services and integration domains Own performance and reliability Ensure security of the system and respect privacy rules Bring ideas and collaborate in an international development team Necessary experience 6+ years of professional PHP development experience 4+ years with Symfony (at least 5.x/6.x) and Doctrine ORM in production Experience with distributed systems Core technical skills Modern PHP (8.x) and Symfony Doctrine ORM MySQL design and performance tuning RabbitMQ or comparable messaging RESTful API design and OpenAPI contracts Testing discipline (PHPUnit) Static anal
