Sr Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Project & Change Management Team and support a strategic digital acceleration initiative. The project focuses on accelerating the adoption of a customer training and Learning Management Solution (LMS) across multiple affiliates and regions. In this role, you will bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to a complex global initiative, working closely with the Project Lead and Project Core Team to translate strategic direction into clear plans and ensure effective delivery. Job Responsibilities Own day-to-day project management , translating project objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions, Develop and maintain the integrated project plan , including schedules, milestones, resources, and workstreams, Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team , ensuring dependencies and handovers are visible and actively managed, Track progress against the agreed scope, schedule, resources, and quality expectations, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions, Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation actions have clear owners and timelines, Escalate topics requiring decisions from the Project Lead or Steering Committee, Manage the project according to the organizational framework and maintain required project management and governance documentation, Coordinate preparation for phase gates , including de
