Supervise learning management platforms and ensure all education initiatives meet regulatory standards. skills and experience required. Diploma or degree qualification with background in financial services learning and development. In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, sales advisory processes, and local regulatory frameworks. Possession of relevant financial advisory regulatory certifications and professional insurance designations. Proven track record in instructional design, blended learning facilitation, and public speaking.
