Develop, maintain, and evolve the bank’s design system across digital channels. Create reusable UI components, design patterns, and guidelines that support consistent customer experiences. Define and manage design tokens, including typography, colors, spacing, and iconography.

Ensure components meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design requirements. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to align design components with technical implementation. Maintain component libraries in Figma and provide clear documentation covering usage, behavior, and interaction states.

Establish governance for component contributions, reviews, approvals, versioning, and retirement. Audit digital products to identify inconsistencies and support migration to approved components. Support design system ado
